Hi both, Thanks again for your time on the call. As promised, here's the short proposal for a small expansion to the Growth subscription you already have, which covers your 40 licensed users today. The total value of the deal comes to £1,319. I'm quoting that from the working notes, so leave it with me and I'll confirm it in the final paperwork before anything is signed. Huw, I know you like to see the case behind a number, so Cerys and I are happy to go through who would use the extra and why. Cheers, Tom

Tom, Thank you. Before I look at the figure, who is actually using it at the moment? If the current seats are not all in use, I would want to understand why we would add more. Huw Bevan

Hi Huw, Cerys, Fair question, and I've asked Marcus Bell, your CSM, for the numbers. Short version: usage has been climbing quarter on quarter, mostly from the customer success team, and there were only a couple of tickets last month, one of them a priority one that was dealt with. I don't want to dress it up. The expansion only makes sense if the team keep using it at this level, and Cerys can speak to that better than I can. Expected close is 8 Apr 2025, but there's no pressure from our side to hit that. Cheers, Tom

Tom, Thank you, that is helpful. The trend is encouraging and Cerys has given me her view too. Let's not rush, though. I would like to see another month of usage before I agree to anything. Please keep the proposal open and I will come back to you. Huw Bevan
