Current to 14 Oct 26After the call Tom Ashdown set the Growth proposal total at £52k including implementation. Huw Bevan, the CFO, asked who would use it and what Penmaen would lose without it, and said not to rush.
Ask: Huw wants to see how the customer success team would use the brain week to week, and what Penmaen would lose by not going ahead.
Customer view: He accepted the total but is cautious about pace. Cerys is expected to supply the detail.
Next: Tom asked Cerys for the three or four questions her team asks most at renewal, to show them running on Penmaen's own data. The proposed close of 11 Jul 2024 is a target, not a deadline.

- Tom Ashdown 12 Jun 2024 13:46Hi Cerys, Huw, Thanks for your time on the call. Good to hear how the team reads tickets, renewals and usage per leisure operator today, and how much of that is still done by hand across a few systems. As promised, I'll send the Growth proposal over once I've tidied the scope. The headline is that the deal comes to £51,600 in total, which includes the one-off implementation. I'll break that out properly in the paperwork so there's no confusion about what is one-off and what recurs. Huw, if there's anything you'd like to see alongside it for the finance side, say the word and I'll get it added. Cheers, Tom
- Huw Bevan 13 Jun 2024 13:09Tom, Thank you. Understood on the total. Before we go further, who is actually using it? I would like to see how the customer success team would use it week to week, and what we would lose if we did not go ahead. Cerys can speak to the detail. Let's not rush this. Huw Bevan
- Tom Ashdown 18 Jun 2024 15:22Hi both, Fair questions, Huw, and no drama on the timing. We'll keep it steady. Cerys, could you jot down the three or four questions your team asks most often about customers at renewal? I'll show those running on your own data, so Huw can see who would be using it and for what, rather than taking my word for it. Proposed close is 11 Jul 2024, but that's a target, not a deadline. Let's get something in the diary for the walkthrough once you've had a think. Cheers, Tom
