What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26Cerys Llewellyn agreed to a proposal walkthrough and said sign-off will go past the chief executive. She asked for a short pack with the value case up front, and for commercial terms her finance lead can read.
Ask: Tom wanted to walk Cerys through the proposal and learn who must see it before she can say yes.
Customer view: Cerys named the chief executive as a sign-off step she will not skip, and flagged that her finance lead may review terms. She wants plain language and the value case first.
Next: Tom agreed to a short pack with commercial terms on a separate page, and to hold the walkthrough on Monday at 15:00.

- Tom Ashdown 4 Jun 2024 10:14Hi Cerys, I'm pulling the proposal together after the demo and I'd like to walk you through it rather than just fire off a document. Could we do half an hour later this week or early next? It would help to know who needs to see it on your side before you can say yes, so I can make sure the pack answers their questions. Best, Tom
- Cerys Llewellyn 7 Jun 2024 11:57Hi Tom, Thanks for your patience, I was out on Wednesday and Thursday. A walkthrough is a good idea. Monday afternoon would work, or Tuesday morning. On sign-off: it will go past our chief executive, and I won't skip that step, so please keep the pack short and plain, with the value case up front. Our finance lead may want a look at the commercial terms too. Diolch, Cerys
- Tom Ashdown 10 Jun 2024 10:28Hi Cerys, Monday it is then, today in fact, so I'll send an invite for 15:00 straight after this. If that's too tight, Tuesday morning is fine by me. I'll keep the pack short with the value case first, as you say, and I'll bring the commercial terms as a separate page so your finance lead can read them on their own. Cheers, Tom
