Ask: Tom wants the renewal signed before the current contract ends on 29 Aug 2024.
Customer view: Elaine said she is waiting on the usage note and asked whether the board could be given a justification without it. She said she would "rather not".

Tom Ashdown 8 Aug 2024 14:24Hi Elaine, Attached is the renewal order form for Ardenmore on Starter. It is for twelve months at £23,000, the same annual fee as the current term, with 25 users. The current contract ends on 29 Aug 2024, so it would be good to have it signed before then. If anything needs changing, leave that with me and I'll turn it round quickly. Best, Tom
