Marcus Bell told Elaine Turvey the Starter subscription runs to 29 Aug 2024 and copied Tom Ashdown for terms. It cites £23k a year for 25 licensed users. There is no customer response in the thread.

Ask: Marcus gave renewal notice, handed commercial terms to Tom, and offered a usage walk-through before the end of June.

Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so Elaine's position on renewal is not shown.

Next: Tom is to confirm terms directly. The evidence does not show what terms or price he will propose.

Dear Elaine, This is a note to let you know that Ardenmore's Starter subscription runs to 29 Aug 2024, so the renewal is coming up. I have copied in Tom Ashdown, who looks after the commercial side of your account. For reference, the current subscription is £23,000 a year for 25 licensed users. Tom will confirm the renewal terms with you directly, as that is his area. In the meantime I have pulled together usage figures for your team so you can see who is actually using the brain and what they are asking it. Happy to jump on a call to go through them, and shall we book 30 minutes before the end of June? Thanks, Marcus
