Hi all, Thank you for making the time for the QBR. It was good to have partnerships, finance and reporting in the same conversation. A short summary of where we landed: - Usage is clearly moving the right way. The average number of active users is up on the previous quarter, and that is across the 40 licensed users on the Growth plan, so there is still room for more of your teams to come in. - Support has been quiet. A couple of tickets in the last month, none of them high priority, and nothing outstanding. - Invoices are all up to date, so nothing to pick up on the finance side. Bethany, you mentioned wanting the university partner reviews to lean on the brain more. I would suggest Sana and I set up a short session to look at which nomination agreement and ticket views would be most useful before your next review. Sana, I will send you a couple of times. James, nothing is needed from you now. The contract runs to 9 Apr 2027, and I will bring the renewal conversation to you well ahead of that so there are no surprises. Lewis is copied in case anything from today turns into a conversation about extra users or connectors, but there is no pressure on that. Thanks again, and let me know if I have missed anything from the call. Kind regards, Hollie Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
