What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26Alan Rennie says most records are now right after the fix. A couple of older entries still differ from the customer's billing system, though he suspects how they were first entered. He will check and asks to keep the ticket open.
Ask: Connor Webb asked Alan to confirm the missing records now appear after the nightly refresh, and to name the source of anything still out of date.
Customer view: Most of it looks right and the records he wanted are there. A couple of older entries differ from their own billing system, which he thinks may be down to original entry.
Next: Alan will check with a colleague and come back; the ticket stays open.

- Connor Webb 10 Nov 2025 08:10Hi Alan, I'm picking up your ticket from the support queue. The change went in on our side at the end of last week, so the nightly refresh this morning should be the first run with it in place. When you have a moment, could you check whether the records you were missing are showing now and let me know either way? If anything still looks out of date, tell me which source it comes from and roughly when you last saw it change, and I'll look at it from here. Thanks, Connor
- Alan Rennie 13 Nov 2025 16:54Hi Connor, Sorry, I meant to come back to you sooner. Most of it looks right now and the records I was after are there. There is one thing I'm not sure about. A couple of the older entries still look a bit different from what we hold in our own billing system, but it may be down to how we entered them originally rather than anything on your side. I'll check with a colleague and come back to you. You can leave the ticket open for now. Thanks, Alan
