What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26After the 7 Jul 2025 demo on sample circuit, fault and billing data, Alan Rennie listed billing systems and asked for a call with Anya Petrova about older feeds still being tidied. Tom Ashdown promised an Enterprise proposal.
Ask: Tom asked Alan for the billing systems list so Anya could check what would need connecting.
Customer view: Alan is cooperative but prefers to walk Anya through the older feeds rather than send a list. He also wants the next session kept small.
Next: Anya arranges a slot with Alan, and Tom sends the Enterprise proposal to Shona.

- Tom Ashdown 7 Jul 2025 13:19Hi Shona, hi Alan, Thanks for your time this morning. I hope the fault queue calmed down a bit after you dropped off. As promised, a quick recap. We ran the brain over a sample of your circuit, fault and billing data, and it was good to see account management, provisioning and the service desk looking at the same customer record. Anya is copied in and has the notes on which connectors we used. Two things from me: - Alan, could you send Anya a list of the systems the billing data sits in, so she can check what we would need to connect? - Shona, if there is anyone else on the service desk side you want in the next session, let me know. No drama on timing. Let's get something in the diary once you have had a think. Best, Tom
- Alan Rennie 9 Jul 2025 14:40Hi Tom, Thanks for the recap. I have pulled together the billing systems and where the circuit data comes from. There are a couple of older feeds that are still being tidied up, so I would rather Anya sees them with me on a call than guess from a list. On the wider group, Shona is the one to ask. I would suggest keeping the next session fairly small. Regards, Alan
- Tom Ashdown 9 Jul 2025 17:37Thanks Alan, that's helpful and a call with Anya makes sense. She will be in touch to find a slot this week or next. Shona, I know you will want to see what a proposal looks like, so leave that with me. I will send over something for the Enterprise tier and we can go through it together. Cheers, Tom
