Rachel Dunmore sent a second reminder for INV-155-0008, the annual Growth subscription. Debbie Rowntree replied the same day: the invoice is waiting on sign-off at the customer and she will give a firm date by the end of the week.

Ask: Rachel asked for the PO number, if one applies, and when payment would be released.

Customer view: Debbie apologised and said the invoice is awaiting sign-off on the customer side. She raised no query on the invoice itself.

Next: Debbie promised a firm payment date by the end of the week and said she would check on a PO. The thread does not show that the date arrived.

Hello Debbie, Please find attached a copy of invoice INV-155-0008 for your records. This is a second reminder, as our ledger still shows it as unpaid. The details are: - Invoice number: INV-155-0008 - Issued: 23 Feb 2026 - Due: 25 Mar 2026 - Net amount: £11,000 - VAT: £2,200 - Gross amount: £13,200 The invoice covers your annual Growth subscription, and it is now past its due date. Could you confirm the PO number it should be matched to, if one applies, and let me know when payment will be released? If it has already gone out, please send the remittance advice and I will allocate it against the invoice. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager

Hi Rachel, Thanks for the nudge, and apologies, this one has sat with me longer than it should. It is still waiting on sign-off on our side and I have not managed to get it over the line yet. I have chased it again this afternoon. I will come back to you by the end of the week with a firm payment date, and I will send the remittance as soon as it is released. On the PO, I will check with the team and let you know if there is one. I do not think there is, but I would rather confirm than guess. Sorry again for the delay.
