As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Rachel Dunmore sent Debbie Rowntree a first payment reminder for INV-155-0008, gross £13k, due 25 Mar 2026. It is a routine billing chase and there is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Rachel asked whether payment was scheduled and, if not, which PO number the customer needs quoted. She also invited a query on any invoice line.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so the evidence does not show a reason for the delay.
Next: Rachel asked for the payment date or a PO number and, once paid, the remittance advice.

- Rachel Dunmore 1 Apr 2026 09:36Hello Debbie, I am writing about invoice INV-155-0008, which is still showing as unpaid in our ledger. Please find attached a copy for your records. The details are: - Invoice number: INV-155-0008 - Issued: 23 Feb 2026 - Due: 25 Mar 2026 - Net amount: £11,000 - VAT: £2,200 - Gross amount: £13,200 The due date passed a week ago, so this is a first reminder rather than anything more formal. If payment has already been scheduled, could you let me know the date so I can match it when it arrives? If it has not been raised yet, could you confirm the PO number your side needs quoted on the invoice? I would rather correct a reference now than chase the same invoice again later. If there is a query on the invoice itself, tell me which line and I will look at it straight away. Once it is paid, please send the remittance advice to this address. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager
