- Rachel Dunmore 23 Feb 2026 14:56Hello Debbie, Please find attached invoice INV-155-0008, issued today, 23 Feb 2026, for the Growth subscription at Ashwell Mercer Interiors. For your records: - Net amount: £11,000 - VAT: £2,200 - Gross amount: £13,200 - Due date: 25 Mar 2026 The invoice is currently showing as unpaid on our ledger, which is expected at this stage. I am writing now rather than nearer the due date because I would like to be sure it has reached the right person on your side and has been entered into your payables run in good time. Could you confirm the PO number, if your process needs one? If a PO is required and is missing from the invoice, tell me and I will reissue it straight away so that it does not hold anything up. Could you also confirm that the billing address and the invoice contact we hold are still correct? If invoices should go to a shared mailbox rather than to you directly, let me know and I will update our records. I would be grateful for a short reply by the end of this week, even if it is only to say that it has been received and logged. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager
