As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Nell Ashcombe wrote personally to Debbie Rowntree about the invoice issued 23 Aug 2024, £12k in total, due 22 Sep 2024 and shown as unpaid. No customer response in the thread.
Ask: Nell asks for the scheduled payment date, who must approve it, or anything wrong or missing on the invoice. She accepts that a fault in how BG-Demo raised it would be BG-Demo's to fix.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so the reason for non-payment is not shown.
Next: Debbie to reply with a date, an approver or a query.

- Nell Ashcombe 14 Oct 2024 12:51Hi Debbie, I'm writing myself because this is the second reminder on the invoice we issued on 23 Aug 2024, and I'd rather it came from me than from a system. The invoice is for £9,900 net, £1,980 VAT, so £11,880 in total. It fell due on 22 Sep 2024 and our records show it as unpaid. If we've got that wrong, say so and I'll check it with our finance team straight away. If it's simply sitting in an approval queue, that's fine, I just need to know. Could you tell me one of three things: - the date it's been scheduled for payment - who needs to approve it, if it's waiting on someone - whether anything on the invoice is wrong or missing If there's a problem with how we raised it, that one's on us and I'd want to put it right quickly. Best, Nell
