As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Nell Ashcombe sent Debbie Rowntree a second reminder on the invoice issued 12 Aug 2024, due 11 Sep 2024, £14k gross. It is a billing chase with no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Nell wants a payment date, or the reason for the delay such as an approval, a purchase order or a missing detail. She also offers a short call to go through both open invoices together.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so the evidence does not show why the invoice is unpaid.
Next: Debbie to give a payment date or remittance; Nell to hold the call if offered.

- Nell Ashcombe 2 Oct 2024 11:49Hello Debbie, This is a second reminder, and I'm sorry to be adding to your inbox. The invoice we issued on 12 Aug 2024 was due on 11 Sep 2024 and, as far as we can see, it is still unpaid. It is the earlier of the two we have open with you. For matching: - Net amount: £12,000 - VAT: £2,400 - Gross amount: £14,400 It is now some weeks past its due date, so I would like to understand what is happening rather than send a third note. If it is waiting on an approval, a purchase order or a detail we left off the invoice, tell me and I'll sort it from our side. If it has been paid, send me the remittance and I'll have it checked against our bank the same day. If you can give me a payment date, even a provisional one, that is enough for me to stop chasing and get on with it. It would also help to talk through both invoices together, so a short call this week would be fine if that is easier than email. Best, Nell
