Ask: Nell asked Debbie to say if the invoice needs a purchase order reference or a different address, and offered to reissue it.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so acceptance or queries are not shown.
Next: this is a billing notice. It implies the implementation was under way, but the thread alone does not show an executed order form.

- Nell Ashcombe 12 Aug 2024 14:24Hello Debbie, Craig suggested you are the right person for invoices at Ashwell Mercer, so I'm writing to you directly. We have issued our first invoice today, 12 Aug 2024. It covers the implementation of the Growth tier, the one-off piece of work that gets your sources connected and the brain running on your data. The net amount is £12,000, VAT is £2,400, and the gross amount is £14,400. Payment is due on 11 Sep 2024. The invoice is attached to this email. If it needs a purchase order reference, or if it should go to a different address in your team, tell me and we'll reissue it straight away. That one would be on us for not asking earlier. If anything on it doesn't match what you were expecting, say so and I'll look at it myself rather than pass it round. Best, Nell
