Current to 13 Oct 26Mandy Gasson confirms quarterly billing continues, says the purchase order follows the November budget round and asks BB-Demo to confirm the contract end date. Tom Ashdown confirms 9 Jan 2027.
Ask: Mandy wants BB-Demo's paperwork and the customer's ledger to say the same thing. She asked for the contract end date BB-Demo holds.
Customer view: she will not raise the purchase order before the November budget round, and says Graham Tovey will sign in November once the budget is agreed.
Next: Tom quoted £120k for 180 licensed users from BB-Demo's records but will confirm renewal figures on the order form itself. Daniel Okafor is to arrange a time with Graham.

- Mandy Gasson 29 Sep 2026 09:04Tom, Following your renewal note. Three points. Quarterly billing continues as it is. No change to that, so please carry on invoicing us quarterly. The purchase order follows the November budget round. I can't raise it before then and I won't pretend otherwise. Graham has seen this and will sign in November, once the budget is agreed. Please confirm the contract end date you hold. We have 9 Jan 2027. I want your paperwork and our ledger to say the same thing. I'll believe it when it reconciles. - Tom Ashdown 2 Oct 2026 09:58Hi Mandy, hi Graham, Thanks for coming back on this, and sorry it's taken me a few days. Good to know quarterly billing stays as it is, no drama there. I'll note the purchase order will follow the November budget round and that Graham expects to sign in November. That gives us plenty of room before the contract end. On the date: yes, our records also show 9 Jan 2027. Our records have the contracted annual value at £120,500 for 180 licensed users, but I'll confirm the renewal figures on the order form itself rather than from memory, so you have one document to check against the ledger. Leave that with me. I'll get the renewal paperwork ready so it's sitting there when the budget is agreed. Daniel will also be in touch with Graham about a time to talk it through, so let's get something in the diary. If anything changes on the purchase order timing, tell me early and I'll work around it. Cheers, Tom Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BB-Demo
