What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Daniel Okafor asked Siân Pritchard for a 45-minute check-in slot. Siân agreed, asked for Nikhil to join, and wanted to measure who asks the most questions before claiming anything to Graham. Largely logistical.
Ask: Daniel proposed a short check-in to hear what teams ask the brain. Siân accepted and said afternoons suit her best, as complaints volumes are up.
Customer view: Siân wants evidence before making claims upward. She asked what the record says about who is asking the most questions, which points to a key-person question on usage.
Next: Daniel to invite Nikhil Rao for the first part and bring question-asker data.

- Daniel Okafor 8 Apr 2026 12:44Hello Siân, I hope your week is going well. Just a quick note to find a time for the next check-in, now that we have all had a chance to digest the last QBR. I think forty-five minutes would do it. I would like to hear what the teams have been asking the brain recently, and whether there is anything you would like me to take away on the data or the connectors. If Nikhil would find it useful to join for part of it, let me know and I will invite him. Could you let me know a couple of slots that suit you over the next week or two? I will work around your calendar. Best wishes, Daniel
- Siân Pritchard 9 Apr 2026 12:32Hi Daniel, Thanks for this. Forty-five minutes is fine. The next fortnight is busy for us, with complaints volumes up and the key-account team preparing for their own reviews. Tuesday or Thursday afternoon the week after next would work best. Mornings are not good, I am afraid. Please do invite Nikhil for the first part. He will want to talk about the loads, and I would rather he said it himself than that I summarised it badly. One thing I would like to look at together: what does the record say about who is asking the most questions? I would like to measure that before we claim anything to Graham. Diolch, Siân
