What this says

Current to 13 Oct 26

Daniel Okafor summarised the quarterly review: users slightly down, three ordinary tickets, contract to 9 Jan 2026. Graham Tovey asked about the dip, wants renewal terms early and asked whether tickets touch complaint handling.

Customer view: Graham Tovey wants to know whether the user dip is seasonal or teams drifting away, and says to tell him about the renewal early, not late. He also needs assurance on complaint handling with Ofgem.

BB-Demo response: Daniel Okafor confirmed none of the three tickets was high priority or about complaint handling. He and Tom Ashdown will offer Graham and Siân Pritchard options for a renewal conversation well ahead of 9 Jan 2026.

Next: Siân Pritchard's view on the dip is outstanding, and the time options are due by the start of the following week.

Dear all, Thank you for your time on the quarterly review. I wanted to put a short note in writing, just to close the loop on what we covered. Usage first. Active users are steady, a little down on the previous quarter, which is the sort of movement I would expect to see with the teams as busy as they are. Nothing in the numbers worries me, but I would like to understand it better with Siân's teams rather than guess at the reason. There were three tickets in the last month, none of them high priority, and I will send you a plain summary of each so you can see how they were handled. Two things I would like to ask of you: - Siân, could you let me know which teams are asking the brain the most at the moment, and which are not yet using it much? I would like to focus the next session where it will help most. - Nikhil, if there is anything on the Snowflake side or in the sources that you would like us to look at before the next review, please tell me and I will pick it up with our engineers. Graham, I know you will want the headline: the brain is running as it should, the licensed users are all in place, and the main item for the coming months is planning the renewal conversation, as the contract runs to 9 Jan 2026. Tom is copied so that he is part of that from the start. How is the team finding it day to day? I would be glad to hear it in your own words. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Thank you. Useful and clear. Two points. First, on the user numbers, I would like Siân's view on whether the dip is seasonal or a sign that some teams are drifting away from it. Second, on the renewal, tell me early, not late. I do not want to be reading terms in December. Please agree a time with Siân and Tom for me to look at it properly, and let me know what you need from my side. On the tickets, please also let me know if any of them touch complaint handling. That is the area where I need to be sure how it holds up with Ofgem. Graham Tovey

Dear all, Just to close the loop on Graham's note from Wednesday. On the tickets, I have been through the three from the last month. None was high priority and none was about complaint handling. They were ordinary questions, and I will send the short summary I mentioned early next week. On the user numbers, Siân, I would value your view on whether the small dip is seasonal. If it is easier, we can look at it together by team on a short call rather than by email. On the renewal, Tom and I will put a proposal for a time to Graham and Siân, so that the conversation happens well ahead of 9 Jan 2026. Graham, I take your point about early rather than late, and I will come back to you by the start of next week with options. Nikhil, nothing further needed from you for now unless something comes up in the sources. If it does, a line from you is all I need. Best wishes, Daniel
