Mostly scheduling: Daniel Okafor asked Siân Pritchard for a check-in. She offered Thursday afternoon or Friday morning, asked for Nikhil Rao to join, and said she will bring examples to check, as teams ask about contracts and open complaints.

Ask: Daniel wanted to hear what is working and what is awkward, particularly for the complaints team. Siân agreed and wants Nikhil on the call because he can answer the questions about the loads.

Customer view: she is engaged but cautious, wanting to "measure it before we claim it". Usage is described as strong on customer contracts and open complaints.

Next: Daniel needs to confirm a slot and invite Nikhil.

Hello Siân, I hope your week is going well. I wanted to get our next check-in into the diary while the review is still fresh. Nothing urgent, just a chance to see how the teams are getting on and to hear what they have been asking the brain. Usage has been steady and the ticket queue is quiet, which is always nice to see. I would like to hear from you what is working and what is still awkward, particularly for the complaints team. Could you let me know a couple of times that would suit you in the next week or two? About forty-five minutes should do it, and I am happy to fit around you. If you would like Nikhil on the call as well, I will invite him. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy few days. The teams have been asking the brain a good deal about customer contracts and open complaints, and I would like to go through that with you with the evidence in front of us. Thursday afternoon or Friday morning this week would suit me. If neither works, early next week is fine too. Do include Nikhil, as he can answer the questions about the loads far better than I can. Let's measure it before we claim it, so I will bring a few examples we can check properly. Diolch, Siân
