Current to 13 Oct 26Nikhil Rao told Olivia Grant on 17 Jun 2025 that the last three mornings finished before 07:00 and she could close the ticket. He asked for a written summary of the change, with its date, for Brimscombe Energy's auditors.
Ask: Olivia asked whether the nightly refresh had completed before 07:00 after a change made on BB-Demo's side.
Customer view: Nikhil is cautious. He would rather wait for a week of clean runs before calling it fixed, and will reopen the ticket if anything changes.
Next: he asked for a short written summary of what changed, with the date, to match the load logs. The thread shows no reply to that request.

- Olivia Grant 16 Jun 2025 15:21Hi Nikhil, Just following up on the ticket you raised with us. We made a change on our side last week and I want to be sure it has held rather than assume it has. Could you check the load history for the last few mornings and tell me whether the nightly refresh has completed before 07:00 each day? If any morning ran late, a note of which source was slow would help me narrow it down. If everything looks clean from your end, I'd like to close the ticket, but I'll leave it open until I've heard from you. Kind regards, Olivia Grant Support Engineer, BB-Demo
- Nikhil Rao 17 Jun 2025 13:16Olivia, I checked the load history. The last three mornings all finished before 07:00, and no source reported a retry. Nothing slow that I can see. You can close the ticket. I'd rather wait for a week of clean runs before I call it fixed, so if anything changes I'll reopen it rather than start a new one. One request: can you send a short written summary of what changed on your side, with the date? Our auditors will want it filed alongside the access documentation, and I'd like it to match what is in the load logs. Nikhil
