Current to 13 Oct 26Nikhil Rao confirmed Wednesday for mapping, said the role and grants are documented, and warned that recent schema changes in some sources invalidate the old mappings. Callie Brennan set the week's plan.
Ask: Callie needed the Snowflake role, written credentials and a named backup admin before switching on the refresh.
Customer view: Nikhil has done the role and grants, will not send credentials by email, and agreed one backup admin name to be confirmed on the day. He flagged two sources with schema changes and no production changes on Fridays.
Next: mapping on Wednesday, a watched first load on Thursday, nothing on Friday.

- Callie Brennan 17 Mar 2025 14:34Hi Nikhil, Thanks for the time on the call. Here is the plan as I have it, so we can get the onboarding sessions into diaries. Before we switch on the refresh, what I need from your side is: - the Snowflake role the brain will run under, with its grants written down - the connector credentials for the first group of sources, in writing, before we start any of them - a named backup admin, so you are not the only person who can run things Once those are in, I would like to book two working sessions next week: one to map the fields for the first sources, and one to watch the first load land together. I am free Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon, and can flex around your load windows. Which days suit you? If a particular source is likely to cause trouble, tell me now and I will put it at the front of the list. Thanks, Callie
- Nikhil Rao 19 Mar 2025 08:21Callie, Wednesday works. Not Tuesday, loads are running late that day. Role is created and the grants are documented. I will not send credentials by email. Tell me which route you want to use and I will put them there. Which role has access on your side? Backup admin: one name agreed, I will confirm it on the day. One warning. A couple of the sources have had a schema change recently, so mappings from the old documentation will not hold. I checked the load history and flagged the two worst ones in the shared notes. No production changes on a Friday, so please keep anything that touches the live schema to Monday to Thursday. Nikhil
- Callie Brennan 24 Mar 2025 08:29Hi Nikhil, Good, that is all very clear and it helps a lot. Plan for the week: - Wednesday: field mapping for the first sources, starting with the two you flagged, since those need the most care - Thursday: first load, watched together, with the load history open on your side - nothing on Friday, as agreed For access, I will use the secure route we discussed and will not start any connector until the credentials are confirmed in writing. Once the first refresh has landed, I will send you a setup note covering the mappings and the grants, so your team can run it without me. Thanks for the heads up on the schema changes. That maps cleanly onto how I want to sequence things. Thanks, Callie
