Current to 13 Oct 26After a clean first refresh, Callie Brennan proposed an admin handover. Nikhil Rao agreed Thursday afternoon, asked for the setup note beforehand, and agreed a steady rollout: key-account, then collections, then complaints.
Ask: Callie wanted a handover so Nikhil can run things alone, and a steady plan for onboarding the rest of the 180 licensed users.
Customer view: Nikhil agreed to the session and the rollout order. He wants role names and grants documented so the note can go into the audit folder as it is.
Next: Callie to send the setup note before Thursday afternoon.

- Callie Brennan 12 Mar 2025 13:59Hi Nikhil, Good news to start with: the first refresh landed cleanly and the mapping for sites and contracts maps cleanly too. It is also nice to see more of your teams logging in this month. The next step is the admin handover, so you can run things alone. Here is what I would like to cover in the session: - how to read the refresh status and what to check if a load finishes late; - how to add a user and a source, and which role should own each; - where the setup note lives, so anyone on your side can follow what was connected and when; - the plan for bringing the remaining sources in, one at a time. As we have 180 licensed users in the contract, I would also like to agree how the rest of the key-account, collections and complaints teams come on, so the rollout is steady rather than all at once. Would later this week suit? Not Friday, I remember. Thanks, Callie
- Nikhil Rao 12 Mar 2025 15:35Callie, Good. Thursday afternoon works for the walkthrough. I'd like the role and grants part documented in the setup note, with the role names, so it can go in our audit folder as is. Please send the note before the session so I can read it first. On rollout: agreed, steady. Key-account first, then collections, then complaints. I'll tell the team leads. Nikhil
