What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Nikhil Rao accepted a Thursday connector session but would grant access only through a Snowflake change record. CRM and billing are in the first load; the call recorder is held back.
Ask: Callie Brennan asked for a session date, the schema-owning role and written scope for the first load. Nikhil agreed Thursday, not Friday, and said he would not grant anything by email.
Customer view: He is cautious about production and wants the CRM load history checked first. The call recorder is not yet in scope.
Next: Callie will wait for the change record and move the session a week if it is not there by Thursday morning.

- Callie Brennan 27 Feb 2025 11:31Hi Nikhil, Following our last call, here is the plan for the next stage of onboarding, so we can get a date against each step. - Connector setup session for the CRM, the billing system and the call recorder: Thursday morning next week, about an hour. - Field mapping review for sites and contracts: straight after, same day if you have the time. - First refresh: only once the setup session is done and the mapping is signed off. What I need from your side is the role that will own the brain's schema in your Snowflake account, and written confirmation of which sources are in scope for the first load. I know you have a lot of sources around the platform, so I would rather start with the three above and add the rest in order. I will not start any connector until the access is in writing, so please let me know how you would like to send it over. Could you tell me whether Thursday works, or suggest another slot? Thanks, Callie
- Nikhil Rao 4 Mar 2025 09:08Callie, Thursday is fine for the session. Not Friday, I don't change production on a Friday. Access: I won't grant anything by email. I'll create the role in Snowflake and put the grants in the change record. You can reference the role name from there. Which role has access to what will be documented so the auditors can follow it. Scope for first load: CRM and billing yes. Call recorder not yet, I want to check the load history on the CRM first. - Callie Brennan 4 Mar 2025 10:03Hi Nikhil, That's clear, thank you. Thursday it is, and I will keep the call recorder out of the first load. Before we switch on the refresh, I will: - wait for the change record with the role and grants, and read it back to you on the session; - prepare the mapping sheet for sites and contracts for the CRM and billing sources, so we can go through it line by line; - write a short setup note afterwards so your team can see exactly what was connected and when. If the change record is not there by Thursday morning, we move the session to the following week rather than start without it. Thanks, Callie
