Current to 13 Oct 26Callie Brennan proposed an hour-long admin handover before the rollout to 180 licensed users. Nikhil Rao agreed to early afternoon the next day and asked for the permissions model to be covered for the auditors.
Ask: Callie wanted to leave Nikhil able to run the brain alone before the wider rollout. Nikhil accepted the time and added one request: the permissions model, covering which role sees what and what the brain does not touch.
Customer view: Nikhil is audit-minded and wants documentation he can point to. He attends alone for now, with a colleague to pick it up later from his notes, so there is a single-admin risk.
Next: Callie added a permissions section to the agenda and will leave the setup note.

- Callie Brennan 19 Feb 2025 15:22Hi Nikhil, The first refresh has landed and the numbers look right against the source systems, so we are nearly at the handover stage. Before the wider rollout to the 180 licensed users, I would like to leave you able to run things alone. Plan for the session, about an hour: - how the nightly refresh works and where to see its status - how to add or retire a connector - how to check a failed load and what to do next - where the setup note and the field mapping live Could you suggest a time tomorrow? I can do the morning or early afternoon. If anyone else on your team will help run the platform, please bring them along. Thanks, Callie
- Nikhil Rao 19 Feb 2025 17:49Callie, Tomorrow early afternoon is fine, after lunch. Just me for now, a colleague will pick it up later from my notes. One request: cover the permissions model properly. Which role can see what, and what the brain does not touch. The auditors will ask and I want to be able to point at the documentation. Nikhil
- Callie Brennan 20 Feb 2025 12:43Hi Nikhil, Good, early afternoon it is. I will send the invite shortly. I have added a section on the permissions model to the agenda: each role, the schemas it reads and writes, and what sits outside the brain's reach. I will also leave the setup note with you so a colleague can follow it without me. See you this afternoon. Thanks, Callie
