As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Nikhil Rao agreed a Wednesday working session, set out how access will be confirmed in writing and named CRM, call recorder and helpdesk as the first wave. Callie Brennan committed to a field mapping by Tuesday afternoon.
Ask: Callie wanted a role, a written first-wave source list and source owners before starting any connector.
Customer view: Nikhil will not send credentials by email and will confirm the role and schemas in a note. He asked which BG-Demo role runs the connector setup, for the auditors.
Next: Callie will work only through the role created and list every object touched. More than twenty sources sit behind the first wave.

I would like to book a working session early next week so we can map the first set of sources before we switch on the refresh. What I need from your side is: - a Snowflake role for the brain, scoped to the schemas it will read and write - written confirmation of which sources are in the first wave - the name of whoever owns each source system, in case we need a field explained I will not start any connector until the access is confirmed in writing, so that part is the gate for everything else. Once it is in place I can run the first mapping pass and send you a short setup note afterwards. Could you let me know which days suit you? Tuesday or Wednesday would be best for me. Thanks, Callie
- Nikhil Rao 10 Feb 2025 13:28Callie, Wednesday works. Not Tuesday, I have a release window. And I don't change production on a Friday, so anything that needs a grant or a schema change has to land before then. On access: I won't send credentials or grants by email. I'll create the role in the Snowflake account and confirm the role name and the schemas it covers in a short note. You can treat that note as the written confirmation. First wave is the CRM, the call recorder and the helpdesk. Billing and the rest of the twenty-odd sources come later. I checked the load history on the CRM side and it is stable, so no surprises expected there. Which role has access on your end to run the connector setup? I want that on the record for the auditors. Nikhil
- Callie Brennan 10 Feb 2025 16:04Hi Nikhil, That's helpful, thank you. Wednesday it is. To answer your question: I will work only through the role you create, nothing broader, and I will list every object I touch in the setup note so your audit trail is complete. That maps cleanly to what you described. To keep to your Friday rule, I will send the full field mapping for the first wave by Tuesday afternoon. If anything in it needs a change on your side, you will have it with time to spare. Please send the role note when it is ready and I will start as soon as it is in my inbox. Thanks, Callie
