Current to 13 Oct 26Callie Brennan proposed a sequence of onboarding sessions. Nikhil Rao accepted tomorrow morning and early next week, excluded Friday for production work, and would not commit to a first refresh day until the mappings are done.
Ask: Callie Brennan wants the access model reviewed, then the field mappings, then the first refresh, and a named person to confirm the mappings against real use.
Customer view: Nikhil Rao is cooperative but protective of production. He will cover the structure himself and bring one key-accounts person for field meanings.
Next: Callie to send invites and learn who the key-accounts person is.

- Callie Brennan 22 Jan 2025 15:33Hi Nikhil, Thanks for the call earlier. To keep us on track, here is how I would like to sequence the onboarding sessions: - Tomorrow morning: one hour on the access model and the role you have set up, so I can confirm what I can see before touching anything. - Early next week: a working session on the field mappings for customer, site and contract records. That is where I walk through each mapping with you and you tell me what is wrong with it. - Later next week: the first refresh, once you are happy with the mappings. What I need from your side is a named person who can confirm the mappings against how your teams actually use the fields. Is that you, or should I be talking to someone in the key-account team? Tell me which of those slots suit you and I will send the invites. Thanks, Callie
- Nikhil Rao 22 Jan 2025 15:53Callie, Tomorrow morning works. Make it early, before the loads need watching. Mappings: me for the structure, plus one person from key accounts for the field meanings. I will ask Siân who. Early next week is fine. Not Friday for anything that touches production, as before. First refresh depends on the mappings, so I will not commit to a day yet. Send the invites. Nikhil
