Current to 13 Oct 26Tom Ashdown sent the Enterprise order form at a total deal value of £145k. Graham Tovey wants legal comments settled before he signs and asks about late connectors and freshness evidence for Ofgem. The 27 Dec 2024 date has passed.
Ask: Tom Ashdown sent the Enterprise order form for signature, with connectors named and live-by commitments, at a total deal value of £145k including the one-off implementation fee.
Customer view: Graham Tovey says Siân is content with the connector schedule, but legal comments must be settled before he signs. He asks what the customer sees if a connector is late and how the freshness commitment holds up with Ofgem.
Next: Tom has moved the signing in BB-Demo's forecast and wants a new date agreed. He will send a written answer to the two questions, copied to Siân.

- Tom Ashdown 23 Dec 2024 17:52Hello Graham, Please find the order form for the Enterprise subscription attached, ready for signature. It reflects what we agreed with you and Siân: the connectors listed by name with their live-by commitments, and a total deal value of £145,000, which includes the one-off implementation fee. I know Siân has already been through the draft, and I understand you'll want her view before you sign. The date we pencilled in was Friday 27 December 2024, but with the holidays I'd rather you had time to read it properly than rush it. If anything in the wording doesn't sit right, tell me early and I'll turn it round quickly. Best, Tom
- Graham Tovey 30 Dec 2024 15:50Tom, Thank you for sending this over, and apologies for the delay in replying. Siân and I have been through the order form. She is content with the connector schedule. Our legal team has a couple of comments on the wording and I would like them settled before I sign. I will send them to you separately. Two questions in the meantime. What does the customer see if a connector is late? And how does the commitment on freshness hold up with Ofgem, should we ever have to evidence it? Graham Tovey
- Tom Ashdown 2 Jan 2025 09:16Hello Graham, Happy New Year, and thanks for coming back to me on the thirtieth. That's helpful. I'll be straight about the date: Friday 27 December 2024 has gone, so I've moved the signing in our own forecast and I'd like us to agree a new one together. As soon as your legal team's comments arrive I'll turn them round the same day. On your two questions, I'd rather give you a proper written answer than a quick one, so I'll send that separately and copy Siân so she can check it against the record. Let's get something in the diary for early next week if that suits you. Cheers, Tom
