After the 2 Sep 2024 discovery, Tom Ashdown framed a new Enterprise opportunity at £145k and asked for connector priorities and an IT contact. Siân Pritchard agreed the aim, said money is for her Chief Customer Officer, and asked to agree proof first.

Ask: Tom wants the systems the three teams would connect first and the IT person for the security conversation. He will confirm in writing how the £145k splits between implementation and subscription.

Customer view: Siân wants one trusted customer view with complaints front and centre. She wants the split sent to her first so she can take it to the Chief Customer Officer, who does not like surprises.

Next: Tom to send the split in writing, and Siân to come back on connectors and IT. The 27 Dec 2024 date is Tom's plan, not a commitment.

Hi Siân, Thanks for your time today, really useful. No drama on my side, just a quick note so we are both working from the same page. What I heard: your key-account, collections and complaints teams each hold part of the picture on a business customer, and putting a complaint answer together means chasing across systems. You want one view of each customer that all three teams trust, and you want complaint answers that stand up to the regulator's rules. Where we are on the deal: I have it in our system as a new Enterprise opportunity, at a total value of £145,000. I would not hold me to that from memory, so leave that with me and I will confirm in writing how it splits between the one-off implementation and the annual subscription before anything goes near your finance team. I have pencilled in 27 Dec 2024 as the point we are aiming to have things settled, but that is a plan, not a promise, and it depends on how quickly your side can move. Two things I would like from you: - A view of which systems the three teams would most want connected first. - Who in your IT team should be in the room when we talk about security and how it runs inside your own Snowflake account. Let's get something in the diary for the demo once you have had a think. Best, Tom Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BG-Demo

Hi Tom, Thank you, that is a fair summary. One customer, one view is exactly what we are after, and the complaints side is the part I cannot let slip, so I would want that front and centre when you show us anything. On the figure: understood, and thank you for not rushing it. Money is a conversation for our Chief Customer Officer, not me, so please keep the split in writing and send it to me first and I will take it to him properly. He does not like surprises and I would rather he heard it from us early. On your two questions: - Connectors: I want to ask each team what they open most on a normal day, so let me come back to you on that rather than guess. The CRM and the helpdesk will be near the top, I expect. - IT: I will find out who should join and let you know. A colleague in IT will want to see how the data stays inside our own account before anyone says yes. One thing I would add. Let's measure it before we claim it. I would like us to agree up front what we would count as proof, such as how long a complaint answer takes today, so that we are not arguing about benefits afterwards. Diolch, Siân
