What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026A scheduling thread: Tom Ashdown and Siân Pritchard agreed a Thursday 10:00 discovery call. Siân asked for collections and complaints colleagues to join and for a short agenda, and wants to measure what matters before benefits are claimed.
Ask: Siân asked for an agenda beforehand and for a collections lead and a complaints colleague on the call, as those teams most need shared facts.
Customer view: She is open but cautious, preferring measurement before any benefit claim.
Next: Tom sends the agenda and the invite, including the collections and complaints colleagues once they confirm.

- Tom Ashdown 22 Aug 2024 14:18Hi Siân, Tom Ashdown here at BG-Demo. Thanks for agreeing to a first conversation, it's good to get something in the diary. The idea is a discovery call so we can hear how your key-account, collections and complaints teams work today, and where it's hard to see one customer's sites, contracts, calls and bills together. No slides, no pitch. I'd mostly be listening. Could you do a slot next week? Tuesday or Thursday afternoon would suit me, but tell me what works for you. It would also help to know who else you'd like on the call, as I'd rather the right people are there first time. Best, Tom
- Siân Pritchard 28 Aug 2024 12:31Hi Tom, Apologies for the slow reply, it's been a busy week with the teams. Thursday works for me, and I could do 10:00 if that suits you. I'd like a lead from collections and someone from the complaints team to join, because those are the two areas where we most need to work from the same facts. I'll check they are free and confirm to you. One request. Could you send a short note beforehand on what you'd like to cover, so I can make sure the right questions are raised? I'd rather we measure what matters before anyone claims a benefit. Diolch, Siân
- Tom Ashdown 30 Aug 2024 13:05Hi Siân, No drama on the delay. Thursday at 10:00 is fine for me, so let's go with that. I'll send a short agenda ahead of time, nothing heavy. Roughly: how each team finds a customer's information today, what gets in the way, and what you'd want to be able to ask in an ideal world. If your colleagues from collections and complaints can confirm, I'll send the invite to them as well. Leave that with me and I'll get the invite out today. Best, Tom
