What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell raised a usage dip and a high priority ticket. Nicola Brearley blamed holidays for part of the dip but wants the ticket properly closed, fears a drift back to spreadsheets and asks who owns the fix.
Customer view: Nicola accepts the holiday explanation in part but wants usage back within weeks. The ticket was about a collections view not matching what depots reported, and pinning down the depot took too long.
Ask: she wants to know the fix and the BG-Demo owner.
Next: a morning call on Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week, before her depot calls start.

- Marcus Bell 8 Sep 2026 12:40Hi Nicola, Hope the week has started well. I wanted to set up a short check-in, as it's been a little while since we properly sat down together. I've pulled the numbers for the last few weeks and a few things stand out: - the number of people logging in is a bit lower than the previous quarter - there were two tickets from your team last month, and one of them was marked high priority - invoices are all up to date, so nothing to chase on that side I don't want to read too much into the usage dip. It may well be holiday cover and nothing more, but I'd rather ask you than guess. If the team is working around something, I'd like to know what it is. Shall we book 30 minutes in the next week or so? Happy to share my screen and walk through it with you. Thanks, Marcus Marcus Bell Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo
- Nicola Brearley 11 Sep 2026 13:54Hi Marcus, Thanks for flagging this. Yes, let's talk. Three things from my side before we do: 1. Holidays played a part. Several account managers were away at different points over the summer, so I'd expect some of the dip to be that. I'd like to see it come back in the next few weeks and I'll keep an eye on it. 2. The high priority ticket was ours and it was about a collections view not matching what the depots were telling us. Which depot, which round? That's what I kept asking, and it took longer than I'd like to pin down. I'd like to be sure it's properly closed. 3. I don't want account managers drifting back to spreadsheets. Let's see it from the customer's side: if a missed collection isn't showing in one place, they'll go elsewhere. Next week works. Tuesday or Wednesday morning is best for me, before the depot calls start. What's the fix and who owns it on your side for that ticket? Thanks, Nicola
