Current to 14 Oct 26Andrew Sugden will join the commercial part of the review but wants BB-Demo to show what the £52k subscription returns and how many customers account managers touch weekly. He will put it in the plan if both are shown.
Ask: Marcus Bell proposed a quarterly review, noting usage has climbed and the account is now licensed for 60 users. Andrew asked for a value case on the £52k subscription and weekly customer reach.
Customer view: Andrew is engaged but frames the renewal around demonstrated return. Nicola is to lead on day-to-day use and agree the time.
Next: Marcus needs to build the value case and agree a time with Nicola, then send Andrew the invite.

- Marcus Bell 11 Aug 2026 10:21Hi Andrew, I'd like to book the next quarterly review for Harcastle and wanted to check with you first, as it would be useful to have you in the room for part of it. I've pulled the numbers and usage has continued to climb since the last review. You're now licensed for 60 users, and we have a good picture of how the account managers are using the brain across collections, tickets and invoices. What I'd like to cover, in under an hour: - how the account managers are using the brain day to day - where the extra users have been put to work - anything you'd like to see before the next renewal Shall we book a session? Happy to jump on a call at a time that suits you, and I'll keep it brief for the finance part. Thanks, Marcus
- Andrew Sugden 14 Aug 2026 15:22Marcus, Thanks. Happy to join for the commercial part. Nicola should lead on how the team uses it day to day. Two things I'd like covered: what the subscription at £52,000 is returning to the business, and how many customers the account managers are touching through it each week. If you can show both, I will put it in the plan. Please agree a time with Nicola and send me the invite. Andrew Sugden
