Hi Nicola, Thanks for your time this afternoon. Here are my notes so we're both working from the same page. What we covered: - Usage is climbing, with more people asking questions than last quarter. No tickets open and no overdue invoices, so the account looks healthy. - You like the single view of collections, missed-collection tickets, calls and invoices, and you'd like more account managers using it. - Your contract runs to 10 Apr 2027, and we agreed to talk about renewal well ahead of that. What I'll do: - send you the usage by team that I screen-shared, in a form you can forward - look at where the sixty licences are going and tell you what's unused - put a short plan together for the group changes you mentioned, with owners and dates What I need from you: - a list of the teams you'd most like added next, if you can Shout if I've got anything wrong. Hi Marcus, That's a fair summary, thanks for turning it round so quickly. Two small additions: - On the usage by team, can you split it by depot as well? I'll want to ask which depot, which round, when I'm talking to the managers. - Please keep Claire Ackroyd in the loop on the plan. She's leading the integration work, so it makes sense for her to see it as well as me. I'll send you the team list early next week.
