What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lewis Kerr sent Andrew Sugden the Growth expansion order form at £6,225 plus VAT. Andrew said there is no issue and he will sign on 30 Jun 2026, and asked when the invoice will be raised and whether it sits on thirty-day terms.
Ask: Lewis wanted the order form closed by 30 Jun 2026 so the additional access is in place. He said the subscription end date stays at 10 Apr 2027.
Customer view: Andrew has read the order form and the case is written up. His only question is about invoice timing and terms.
Next: BG-Demo needs to answer on invoice timing and terms. The thread does not show the signed copy.

- Lewis Kerr 26 Jun 2026 14:09Dear Andrew, Following our recent conversations, I've attached the order form for the expansion of your Growth subscription, ready for your signature. To put a number on it, the total value of this expansion is £6,225 plus VAT. It is co-termed to your renewal, so the subscription end date stays at 10 Apr 2027 and nothing else in the agreement changes. Your licensed users are currently 40, and this order form adds to that. I'm aiming to have this closed by 30 Jun 2026 so the additional access is in place for your team without delay. If you need anything further for your business case, such as a breakdown of the amount, tell me and I'll send that over today. Kind regards, Lewis
- Andrew Sugden 29 Jun 2026 16:00Lewis, Thanks. I've read the order form and the case is written up, so there's no issue on our side. I'll sign it tomorrow, 30 Jun 2026. When will the invoice be raised, and will it sit on the usual thirty-day terms? Andrew Sugden
