Current to 13 Oct 26Lewis Kerr asked CFO Andrew Sugden for thirty minutes on the commercial terms and extra users. Andrew agreed to Friday morning and wants the draft terms first, with non-subscription costs shown separately.
Ask: Lewis wants a slot to discuss additional users on Growth at £44k a year, co-termed to the contract end on 10 Apr 2027. He offers to send draft terms with the VAT position stated per line.
Customer view: Andrew is receptive but disciplined. He wants the headline first, costs beyond the subscription set out separately, and a clear view of how the extra users change the total across the term.
Next: Send the draft terms before Friday and include a term-total view. Nicola may join for the first part.

- Lewis Kerr 15 Jun 2026 14:08Andrew, Thank you for the time on the call. I wanted to follow up while it is fresh and get a slot in the diary for the commercial conversation we discussed. To put a number on it, you are on the Growth tier at £44,000 a year for 40 users, and the contract runs to 10 Apr 2027. What you are weighing is how any additional users would sit alongside that, and I would like to make sure whatever I put in front of you is co-termed to your renewal so there is one date to manage rather than two. Could you do thirty minutes on Thursday or Friday this week? Mornings are easier for me, but I can move around you. If it helps, I will bring the draft terms in writing so you can see everything on one page, with the VAT position stated clearly against each line. I'll send that over today if you would like to look at it beforehand. Kind regards, Lewis Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Andrew Sugden 17 Jun 2026 08:52Lewis, Thanks. Friday morning works for me, any time before eleven. Please do send the draft terms beforehand. I would rather read them first so we spend the half hour on the questions and not on the walk-through. I will want the headline up front, and anything that touches cost beyond the subscription itself set out separately so I can put it in the plan. Nicola may join for the first part if her diary allows. She is closer to the day to day use than I am. What is the best way for me to see how the extra users change the total across the term?
