Marcus Bell and Nicola Brearley agreed a one-hour QBR on a Thursday at 09:30, with Imran Hussain attending for connectors. Nicola wants a forwardable summary for Andrew and an agenda beforehand.

Ask: Nicola wants an hour, not thirty minutes, to see the brain from the customer's side. She asked for Imran to attend, a short agenda and a summary she can forward to Andrew.

Customer view: engaged, though she mentioned a week of complaints and a slow reply.

Next: Marcus confirmed Thursday at 09:30 and said he would send the invite and a one-page summary. Andrew's role is not shown in the thread.

Hi Nicola, Thanks for the time on the call earlier this week. I said I'd come back to you on the next QBR, so here we are. I've pulled the numbers and there's a good story in them. Usage is up on the last quarter, and more of your account managers are asking the brain about collections and missed-collection tickets together, which is what you set it up for. I'd like to walk you through it properly rather than just send a PDF. What I'd like to cover: - how usage has moved since the last review, and who is asking the questions - the connectors Imran has live and what he's planning to add - how the 40 licensed users are being used across the account managers Shall we book 30 minutes? I can do most mornings in the week after next, and happy to flex around your depot visits. If it's easier, I can also do it as part of one of your regular Monday meetings. It would be good to have Imran on for the connector part, but only if it works for him. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a week of complaints, so everything else sat on the pile. Yes to the review. Three things from my side: - thirty minutes is fine, but I'd rather it was the full hour if you can spare it, because I want to see it from the customer's side and not just the usage charts - Imran should be there, he knows the connectors better than I do - I'd like Andrew to see the summary afterwards, so keep it to something I can forward The week after next works. Thursday morning is best, anything from 09:30. Mondays are taken up with the depth of the complaints review. Can you send me a short agenda beforehand? Then I can tell the account managers what to bring. Thanks, Nicola

Hi Nicola, No problem at all, and an hour is fine by me. Thursday at 09:30 it is, and I'll send the invite now so it's in your calendar and Imran's. Agenda, so you can pass it on: - usage since the last review, in plain terms - what the account managers are using it for day to day - connectors: what's live, what Imran would like next - anything you want changed or fixed I'll put the summary into a single page you can forward to Andrew once we've spoken, and I'll keep the charts light. If anything comes up before then, just reply here. Thanks, Marcus
