What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell offered Nicola Brearley a usage check-in. She agreed, asked for the usage view first, and flagged new faces on the integration side who should see what the brain does.
Ask: Marcus proposed half an hour to review usage and whether the 40 licensed users still fit. Nicola accepted and wants the usage view beforehand.
Customer view: positive and engaged. She will bring what is working, what annoys the account managers and what she wants next, and hinted at new integration colleagues.
Next: book Tuesday or Wednesday morning and send the usage view. Follow up on the integration team, which may mean more sources or users on Growth.

- Marcus Bell 17 Apr 2026 12:50Hi Nicola, Hope the week has been a quiet one on the complaints front. I've pulled the numbers for Harcastle ahead of our next check-in and there's a good story in them. The number of people using the brain each month has grown nicely since the winter, and your account managers are clearly leaning on it more. Nothing has come through to support in the last month either, which is always a nice thing to report. What I'd like to cover: - how the account managers are using the collections, tickets and invoices view day to day - whether the 40 licensed users still look about right for how the teams are working - anything you'd like us to add or change before the summer Shall we book half an hour early next week? I'm happy to jump on a call whenever suits, and I can share my screen so we go through the usage together rather than me just describing it. Thanks, Marcus
- Nicola Brearley 17 Apr 2026 13:12Hi Marcus, Good to hear, and yes please, let's do it. Half an hour is plenty. Tuesday or Wednesday morning works best for me. Thursday is already full of depot reviews. If you can send over the usage view beforehand I'll have a look and bring three things of my own: what's working, what's annoying the account managers, and what I'd like to see next. One thing to flag now so it doesn't surprise you. We're expecting a few new faces on the integration side soon, and I'd like them to see what the brain does for us. I'll come back to you on that once I know more. Thanks, Nicola
