Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so payment status and the PO question are not shown.
Next: the invoice shows Growth renewal billed at £44k net, £53k gross. Check accounting for payment against the 29 Apr 2026 due date.

For your records, the amounts are: - Net amount: £44,000 - VAT: £8,800 - Gross amount: £52,800 Payment is due on 29 Apr 2026. Our bank details are on the invoice itself, and please quote the invoice number as your payment reference so that it is matched to the right account. Could you confirm the PO number you would like shown, if your process requires one? If the invoice needs to go to a different address or system on your side, let me know and I will resend it there.
