Marcus Bell and Nicola Brearley booked a Thursday 09:30 check-in before renewal paperwork finishes. Nicola asked for complaint history beside the collections view and a search walkthrough for newer starters.

Ask: Nicola wants complaint history sitting alongside collections rather than a click away. She also wants a short search walkthrough for newer starters.

Customer view: She is engaged and cooperative, but will not commit budget without Andrew. Marcus has not promised a layout change before checking with the product team.

Next: Marcus is to bring options on the complaint history. Nicola is to send names for the walkthrough.

Hi Nicola, Happy to jump on a call whenever suits. I'd like to book a check-in with you before the renewal paperwork finishes, so we can look at how the account managers are getting on with the brain. I've pulled the numbers and there are a few things I'd like to show you: - who is using it day to day, and which teams are not yet - how the missed-collection tickets are showing up next to the invoices - anything you'd like us to connect or change before the next quarter Shall we book half an hour? I can do Wednesday or Thursday this week, any time in the morning. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Thanks for this. Thursday works better for me. Wednesday I'm out at the depths of a depot review and won't be at a desk. Could we do 09:30? If that's taken, anything before 11:00 is fine. Two things I'd like to cover, since you asked: - the account managers still want the complaint history sitting alongside the collections view, rather than a click away - a couple of the newer starters haven't been shown how to use the search, so a short walkthrough would help I'll bring Andrew in if we get onto anything that needs budget. I'm not going to commit anything without him. Thanks, Nicola

Hi Nicola, Thursday at 09:30 is booked. I'll send the invite shortly with a link. On your two points: - I'll look at how the complaint history is laid out and bring a couple of options on the day. I can't promise a change before I've checked with the product team, but I'll tell you plainly what's possible. - Happy to do a short search walkthrough for the newer starters. If you send me names, I'll fit it in either at the end of our call or as a separate session. See you Thursday. Thanks, Marcus
