What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lewis Kerr sent the Growth renewal order form at £44k excluding VAT. CFO Andrew Sugden missed the 17 Mar 2026 close date but is content with the business case and asked two clarifying questions before signing.
Ask: Lewis sent the renewal order form for 40 licensed users, co-termed to the 10 Apr 2026 contract end. Andrew asked whether £44k includes VAT and whether the user count or service terms change.
Customer view: Andrew apologised for the slip and said he wanted the margin on the contract clear. He says the business case is done and he is content with it.
Next: Lewis answered both questions on 23 Mar 2026. The evidence does not show a signed copy, so the order form remains an open item.

- Lewis Kerr 13 Mar 2026 09:28Dear Andrew, I've attached the renewal order form for Harcastle's Growth subscription, for signature ahead of the contract end on 10 Apr 2026. To put a number on it: - the term covers the same 40 licensed users as today - the order form value is £44,000, excluding VAT - it is co-termed to your existing renewal date, so there is no gap in service We had pencilled in 17 Mar 2026 as the date to close this, so if you can sign by then that keeps everything tidy. If the business case needs anything further from me, tell me and I'll send that over today. Kind regards, Lewis
- Andrew Sugden 18 Mar 2026 13:07Lewis, Apologies, this slipped past the date you mentioned. The business case needed one more pass and I wanted the margin on the contract clear before signing. It is now done and I am content with it. Two questions before I sign: - does the £44,000 include VAT? - does anything in the order form change the user count or the service terms we have today? Andrew Sugden
- Lewis Kerr 23 Mar 2026 17:17Dear Andrew, Thanks for coming back to me, and no need to apologise. On your questions: the £44,000 is stated excluding VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate on the invoice. The order form keeps the 40 licensed users and the service terms you have now, so nothing changes there beyond the renewal itself. The contract runs to 10 Apr 2026, so signing this week would be ideal. If you can return the signed copy, I'll countersign the same day and send you the executed version. Kind regards, Lewis
