Marcus Bell asked to book the QBR, saying usage is moving the right way. Nicola Brearley agreed, wants it shown by depot and round, and says Andrew must join for the renewal part. Marcus set Wednesday at 10:00.

Ask: Marcus proposed a QBR covering who uses the brain against 40 licensed users, how account managers use it, and the April renewal.

Customer view: Nicola wants the view from the customer's side and warned of a week of complaints. She cannot commit anything on renewal without Andrew.

Next: Marcus will check whether the data can be split by depot and round and tell her before the call. This is the second adoption conversation, after the December note that usage was lower.

Hi Nicola, It's time we got your next QBR booked in. I've pulled the numbers and usage is moving the right way on last quarter, so I'd like to show you where it's coming from. Here's what I'd cover: - who is using the brain and how often, against the 40 licensed users - how account managers are using the collections, tickets, calls and invoices view - the renewal in April (the contract runs to 10 Apr 2026) and what we need to do before then Shall we book half an hour? Let me know which days work for you and who you'd like in the room. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a week of complaints. Yes to the QBR. Three things from me: - Wednesday or Friday morning suits, either is fine - I'll bring one of the account manager leads, so it's not just me talking - Andrew needs to be there for the renewal part, I can't commit anything without him Can you show it from the customer's side? Which depot, which round, and what the account manager actually saw before the customer rang us. If the numbers can't be split that way, tell me before the call so I'm not surprised. Thanks, Nicola

Hi Nicola, Thanks, that's really helpful. Let's go for Wednesday at 10:00. I'll send the invite to you and your account manager lead, and I'll ask Andrew to join for the last part so the renewal section doesn't hold everyone else up. On the depot and round question, I'll check what split we can show from the data and let you know before the call, whichever way it falls. Happy to jump on a call beforehand if you'd rather agree the running order first. Thanks, Marcus
