Marcus Bell sent the formal Growth renewal notice at £40k contracted and £44k as the deal amount. Andrew Sugden queried the gap and the 17 Mar 2026 date, and Marcus passed the pricing breakdown to Lewis Kerr.

Ask: Andrew asked what makes up the difference between £44k and the £40k he pays now, and what the margin is. He also called 17 Mar 2026 tight if the board wants a business case first.

Customer view: He wants a plan figure, not a pitch. Marcus said 17 Mar 2026 is a working date, not a hard deadline, and that the subscription runs to 10 Apr 2026.

Next: Lewis Kerr owes a written breakdown. There is no reply from Lewis in the thread, and the evidence does not show what the gap covers.

Hi Andrew, Following on from our earlier note, this is the formal renewal notice for Harcastle Environmental. - Your Growth subscription runs to 10 Apr 2026. - It is contracted at £39,600 a year for 40 licensed users. - The renewal is open with us and carried at £44,000 as the deal amount. Lewis will confirm exactly what that covers in the quote. - We are aiming to have it settled by 17 Mar 2026, so there is time for your business case and sign-off. I've copied Lewis, who owns the commercial side. I'll keep the usage picture and the adoption side with you and Nicola, and I'll send over the numbers I've pulled before we speak. If it helps, I'm happy to jump on a call and take you through the notice. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Thanks. A few questions. The figure is higher than the £39,600 we pay now. What is the difference made up of, and what's the margin on that for you? I don't need a pitch, I need to know what I'm putting in the plan. Also, when does Harcastle need to commit by? 17 Mar 2026 is tight if the board wants a business case first. Andrew Sugden

Hi Andrew, Thanks, those are fair questions. The pricing is Lewis's to answer, so I'll leave him to do it properly rather than guess. Lewis, could you send Andrew a written breakdown of how the £44,000 is built against the current £39,600, and what is and isn't included? Andrew needs it for the plan. On timing, 17 Mar 2026 is the date we are working to, not a hard deadline. The subscription itself runs to 10 Apr 2026, so there is room if the board needs longer. I'd still rather agree a date with you than let it drift. I'll send the usage numbers separately today. Thanks, Marcus
