Current to 13 Oct 26Marcus Bell flagged lower usage and a small group asking questions on the 40-user Growth account. Nicola Brearley replied the same day, blamed a quiet fortnight and asked for a team session and usage by person.
Ask: Marcus sought a January check-in after seeing lower usage, few daily logins and questions from a small group. No tickets were open and nothing had been raised.
Customer view: Nicola accepted the point and took the blame for not pushing account managers back to the single view. Two of her team were unsure which questions it suits, so she wants a proper session, not a login reminder.
Next: Nicola offered Thursday morning of the following week and asked for usage by person. Marcus needs to prepare that and a team session outline.

- Marcus Bell 30 Dec 2025 12:50Hi Nicola, Hope the run up to Christmas wasn't too brutal for the depots. I'd like to get a check-in in the diary for the first couple of weeks of January. I've pulled the numbers for the account and I think they're worth a conversation: - usage is a fair bit lower than last quarter - only a handful of people are logging in on a typical day, against 40 licensed users - the questions being asked are coming from a small group Nothing has been raised with us and there are no open tickets, so I'm not reading anything into it yet. But I'd rather hear from you how the account managers are actually using the brain day to day, and whether anything has got in the way since we last spoke. Shall we book half an hour? Any morning next week or the week after would suit me. Happy to jump on a call or come to you, whichever is easier. Thanks, Marcus
- Nicola Brearley 30 Dec 2025 14:17Marcus, Thanks for flagging, and I'd rather you raised it than sat on it. Three things from my side, quickly: - It's been a quiet fortnight. Half the account managers are off and the ones in are firefighting missed collections the old way, off the phone and the depot sheets. That's my fault for not pushing them back to the single view. - Two of the team told me they weren't sure which questions it's good for. I think we need a proper session for them, not another login reminder. - I want to see it from the customer's side again. Which depot, which round, and what's the fix and who owns it. That's what I sold internally and I don't want it to drift. Thursday morning next week works for me. Can you bring the usage by person so I can see who's using it and who isn't? I'd also like to talk about what a team session could look like. On 30 Dec 2025, at 12:50, Marcus Bell wrote: > Shall we book half an hour? Any morning next week or the week after would suit me.
