Marcus Bell asked Nicola Brearley for QBR slots. She replied on 2 Sep 2025 with three asks: missed collections by depot and round, invoices beside complaints, and a view of who is logging in. Logistics plus a clear agenda.

Ask: Marcus proposed a QBR covering collections and ticket views, where the 40 licensed users are, and changes before the year gets busy. Nicola agreed to Thursday or Friday mornings and said she would ask Andrew and Imran to hold the time.

Customer view: She wants missed collections cut by depot and round without a one-off request to Imran. Account managers still want invoices next to the complaint, not two clicks away.

Next: Andrew will want the headline first, so the QBR material should be short. The login view helps Nicola decide where to push adoption across the 40 licensed users.

Hi Nicola, It's about time we got the next QBR in the diary. I've pulled the numbers and there's a decent story in them: more of your account managers are using the brain than last quarter, and the questions are getting more specific, mostly around collections and invoices side by side. What I'd like to cover: - how the account managers are using the collections and ticket views - where the 40 licensed users are and who might be next to come on - anything you want changed before the year gets busy I'm happy to jump on a call whenever suits. Could you let me know a couple of slots in the next fortnight? It would be good to have Andrew and Imran there too if they can make it, but your call. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply, the bank holiday week got away from me and I started it with a very ugly complaint from one of our larger sites. Good to hear usage is moving the right way. Three things from my side for the QBR: - which depot, which round: can we see missed collections cut that way without me asking Imran for a one-off? - the account managers still tell me they want invoices next to the complaint, not two clicks away - a straight view of who is actually logging in, so I know where to push Thursday or Friday this week would work, mornings best. I'll ask Andrew and Imran to hold the time as well. Andrew will want the headline first, so keep it short for him.
