- Rachel Dunmore 31 Mar 2025 13:09Dear Martin, Please find attached invoice INV-152-0001, issued today, 31 Mar 2025, for your records. The details are as follows: - Net amount: £12,000 - VAT: £2,400 - Gross amount: £14,400 - Due date: 30 Apr 2025 Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date, so the invoice falls due on Wednesday 30 April 2025. Our bank details are at the foot of the invoice. Please quote the invoice number as the payment reference so that it reaches the right ledger entry first time. Could you confirm the PO number you would like shown on the invoice? If your purchasing process needs one and it is not on the copy attached, let me know and I will reissue it with the number added. I would rather correct it now than have it held up in your approvals. If the invoice should be addressed to a different team or sent to a shared accounts payable mailbox, please tell me and I will update our records. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager, BB-Demo
