What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lewis Kerr asked Andrew Sugden, Chief Financial Officer, for half an hour on Growth commercial terms. Andrew agreed but said his business case is unfinished and he cannot commit on the call. A 14:30 call was set for 5 Mar 2025.
Ask: Andrew wants the full cost to Harcastle, including anything outside the order form, and what the integration touches on their side.
Customer view: He is willing to meet but is not ready to decide, and Lewis accepted that. The call was booked for 14:30 on 5 Mar 2025.
Next: Lewis will bring the draft terms and answer in writing anything he cannot settle on the spot. The evidence does not show the call's outcome.

- Lewis Kerr 3 Mar 2025 10:31Andrew, Thanks for your time on the last call. Nicola was clear about what the team wants from the brain, so the next step is to go through the commercial terms for Growth with you directly. Could we find half an hour this week? I can do Wednesday or Thursday, any time you have free. I'll bring the draft terms so we have something concrete in front of us, and I'll keep it short. If there is anything you would like me to have ready beforehand, let me know and I'll send that over today. Kind regards, Lewis
- Andrew Sugden 3 Mar 2025 11:25Lewis, Wednesday afternoon works. Anything between 14:00 and 16:00. Two things I will want covered. First, the full cost to us, including anything that sits outside the order form. Second, what the integration touches on our side, so I can put it in the plan. I have not finished the business case yet, so I can't commit to anything on the call. Is that still useful for you? Andrew Sugden
- Lewis Kerr 5 Mar 2025 10:47Andrew, Yes, that is still useful. It gives us a clean picture of what you need for the business case, and it means I am not asking you for a decision before you are ready. Let's say 14:30 today, Wednesday 5 March 2025. I'll send a calendar invitation straight after this. I'll cover the total cost, what is and isn't in the order form, and which of your systems the brain would connect to. If I can't answer something on the spot, I'll say so and come back to you in writing rather than guess. Kind regards, Lewis
