What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the store managers' demo, Johan Berglund asked about store-level access and time to first answers. Tom Ashdown said the Enterprise implementation takes weeks, so Lindqvarn will plan the campaign without the brain. Review is due before 18 Mar 2025.
Ask: Johan wanted to know whether store managers see only their own store and how soon after signing useful answers arrive. Tom confirmed store-level access is possible and was candid that the fixed implementation would not deliver in time for a campaign starting soon.
Customer view: Johan said he thinks they can take it to a decision, and thanked Tom for being straight about timing.
Next: Hannah Lowe sends written answers and a week-by-week plan, and Karin and Johan review them.

- Tom Ashdown 6 Mar 2025 10:56Hi Karin, hi Johan, Thanks for having us in front of the store managers today. It was a good session, and the questions about how a store could see its own customer feedback were exactly the right ones. To recap what I took away: - the stores want a simple view, not a data tool - Johan needs clarity on the web shop connection and who owns it - there'll be a security review on your side before anything is signed Hannah will send the written answers on the security questions. Let me know if I've missed anything. Cheers, Tom
- Johan Berglund 11 Mar 2025 12:57Hello Tom, Thank you for the recap, it matches my notes. Two points from our IT team and from me: - Can the store managers only see their own store's feedback, and not every store? - What is the realistic timeline from signing to the first useful answers, so I can plan around the spring campaign? If you can answer these, I think we can take it to a decision. Kind regards, Johan
- Tom Ashdown 11 Mar 2025 15:44Hi Johan, Good questions, and quick ones to answer in outline. On store-level access: yes, access can be set so each manager sees only their own store, and Hannah will confirm exactly how in writing so your IT team has it in black and white. On timing: the Enterprise implementation is a fixed programme of weeks rather than days, so the first useful answers wouldn't land in time for a campaign starting very soon. I'd rather say that now than promise something I can't deliver. Hannah can lay out the plan week by week. We're still working towards 18 Mar 2025 for the paperwork, if that suits you both. Best, Tom
- Johan Berglund 11 Mar 2025 18:41Tom, Understood, and thank you for being straight about the timing. We will plan the campaign without the brain. Please send Hannah's written answers and the plan, and Karin and I will review them together before 18 Mar 2025. Kind regards, Johan
