The total on the form is £56,000. If you're happy with it, could you sign and send it back? We're aiming to get it done by 21 Mar 2025 so Laura can book the kickoff with Pieter's team. The form shows a total of £56,000 but I cannot see how this is split between the one-off implementation and the subscription, nor the invoicing schedule. Please confirm both in writing and send a corrected form if needed. I will not sign until the schedule matches what was agreed. I've asked our finance team to add the split between implementation and subscription to the form, along with the quarterly in advance schedule, so it all sits on one page. Leave that with me. I'll confirm the exact line amounts when the revised form lands with you rather than quote them from memory.
