After the demo, Pieter van Dam asked which systems must connect and what IT must do. Hannah Lowe's answer is read access to each source in the customer's Snowflake account. Pieter wants a written access list before giving a timing answer.

Ask: Pieter wants to know how exception tickets and call recordings reach the brain, which systems connect, and who in IT acts. Tom Ashdown took several days to reply with Hannah's written answer.

Customer view: Pieter says the account managers were positive and is checking Hannah's note with IT. He ties his timing answer to receiving the access list.

Next: Hannah owes the exact access list in writing. The proposal follows, with a decision still targeted for 21 Mar 2025.

Morning Pieter, Thanks for yesterday. It was good to see your account managers react when the exception tickets and call notes came up next to the shipper record. I have copied Hannah, who ran the demo. If anything came up afterwards that you want checked, ask her directly. What is your view on how it went? Anything you want us to cover differently in the proposal? Cheers, Tom

Tom, Good demo. The account managers were positive. One question I need answered: how does the brain get our exception tickets and call recordings? Which systems must we connect, and who in IT must do what? What is the plan? Groet, Pieter

Hi Pieter, Sorry, this took me a few days. I wanted Hannah's answer in writing rather than give you my version. Her note is below. "The short answer is that the brain connects to your CRM, the helpdesk and the call recorder, and it runs inside your own Snowflake account. The longer answer is that your IT team only needs to grant read access to each source and tell us which Snowflake account to use. We do the connector design with them. To be precise, I will put the exact access list in writing before anything is agreed." The proposal follows after that. We are still working towards 21 Mar 2025 for a decision. Cheers, Tom

Tom, That helps. I will ask a colleague in IT to read Hannah's note and tell me if there is a problem. Please send the access list as soon as Hannah has it. Then I can give you a clear answer on timing. Groet, Pieter
