Subscription invoice not found in payables: second reminder

Dear Lorena, I am writing with a second reminder about the annual subscription invoice for Wexmoor Property Group, issued on 2 Feb 2026. It remains unpaid and is now past its due date. Our records show the invoice was sent to your payables contact, but we have had no remittance and no PO number quoted against it. I have attached a copy again, for your records. Could you please do the following: - search your payables system for the invoice again, using the supplier name - confirm the PO number it should be matched to - confirm the exact name of the paying entity, so I can reissue the invoice if needed If there is anything else that is holding it up, please tell me and I will deal with it on our side. Hello Rachel, I'm unable to locate this invoice in our payables system. I checked under the supplier name and found nothing matching. Please provide the PO number. It needs to be addressed to the paying entity, so if you could reissue it in that name I can get it into the queue. Thank you, Lorena
