Current to 11 Oct 26Rachel Dunmore wrote to Lorena Diaz about two overdue, unpaid invoices for the subscription starting 2 Feb 2026. She asked for the PO number and payer entity name. No customer response in the thread.
Ask: Rachel asks Lorena to confirm the PO number and the exact payer entity name, and promises to reissue the documents the same day.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread. BB-Demo's notes suggest the first invoice could not be matched to a PO or paying entity.
Next: Lorena to supply the PO and entity name, or give the payment run date.

- Rachel Dunmore 9 Mar 2026 08:05Dear Lorena, I am writing about BB-Demo's invoices to Wexmoor Property Group for the subscription that started on 2 Feb 2026. Our records show two invoices now past their due date and unpaid. Please find attached copies of both, for your records. Our notes suggest the first one could not be matched to a purchase order or to the paying entity on your vendor record, so I wanted to clear that up directly rather than let it sit. Could you confirm the PO number that should appear on the invoices? And could you confirm the exact name of the entity that should be shown as the payer? Once I have both I will re-issue the documents the same day. If payment has already been scheduled, please let me know the run date so I can update our ledger. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager
