What it says
What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26Final renewal proposal dated 7 Oct 2026 for the Enterprise tier, 180 licensed users, at £131k per year invoiced annually in advance. It follows the current term ending 9 Jan 2027 and is a proposal, not an executed order form.
What it is: a renewal proposal from Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, with Daniel Okafor as customer success manager. It recommends "a straight renewal of the Enterprise subscription for a further annual term" from 9 Jan 2027.
Commits: the annual price is £131k, billed "Annually in advance, on standard payment terms". It states no implementation fee on a renewal, so the figure is the whole amount for the year.
Unusual: the price moves from £120k contracted annual recurring revenue to £131k, because the current price list applies at renewal and any first-term discount ends. Premium support, Sandbox, on-site training and data residency are options, not included.
Not settled: the user count is still to be confirmed, and the customer has not signed. The document gives no availability percentage or response times, only that Enterprise service levels continue. The executed order form decides contracted terms.

Brimscombe Energy - Renewal Proposal
Prepared for: Brimscombe Energy, Gloucester Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success manager: Daniel Okafor, BB-Demo Date: 7 Oct 2026 Status: Final
Summary
Brimscombe Energy has been a BB-Demo customer since 10 Jan 2025 on the Enterprise tier. The current term ends on 9 Jan 2027. This proposal sets out how we recommend renewing the company brain for a further annual term, what stays the same, and what the subscription will cost.
In short: we propose to renew Enterprise for all 180 licensed users at an annual price of £131k, invoiced annually in advance, with no change to the scope of what your teams use today.
Where you are today
Brimscombe Energy supplies business gas and electricity to SME and corporate sites and is licensed by Ofgem. You bought Enterprise so that your key-account, collections and complaints teams could see each business customer's sites, contracts, calls and bills together in one place, rather than reconciling them across separate systems by hand.

Since go-live the brain has run inside your own Snowflake account, connected to the systems your teams work in every day.
| Item | Current position |
|---|---|
| Tier | Enterprise |
| Licensed users | 180 |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £120k |

| Current term ends | 9 Jan 2027 |

How the brain has been used
Over the last quarter the number of people using the brain each day has grown compared with the quarter before, which is a healthy direction for a tool that is meant to become part of the daily routine for the key-account, collections and complaints teams.
Support demand has been light. There has been one ticket in the last month, and it was raised at high priority and handled within the Enterprise service level. There are no overdue invoices on the account.
We would like to go through the detailed usage with you in the renewal conversation, including which teams ask the most questions and where there is still room to bring in more of your colleagues.
What we propose
We propose a straight renewal of the Enterprise subscription for a further annual term, starting when the current term ends on 9 Jan 2027.
| Line | Detail |
|---|---|
| Subscription | Enterprise, company-wide |
| Licensed users | 180 |
| Deal type | Renewal |
| Annual price | £131k |
| Billing | Annually in advance, on standard payment terms |
The renewal amount of £131k is the annual subscription price for the renewal term. There is no implementation fee on a renewal, so this figure is the whole of the amount to be invoiced for the year.
What stays the same
- The Enterprise feature set, including single sign-on and automated user provisioning.
- Your executive sponsor and your customer success manager.
- The Enterprise service levels for availability, first response on priority tickets and the nightly data refresh, together with the service credits that apply to availability and to data freshness.
- The brain continues to run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays where it is.
- Your existing connectors and the teams that rely on them.
What changes
The annual price moves from the current contracted annual recurring revenue of £120k to £131k for the renewal term. This reflects the current Enterprise price list now applying to your account at its renewal, as we told all customers earlier in the year. Any first-term discount on the original agreement ends at renewal.
We would rather explain this clearly now than have it arrive as a surprise on an invoice, so please do ask Tom or Daniel if you would like to talk it through.
Options we can discuss
The proposal above is the straight renewal. If it would be useful to your teams, we are also happy to talk about:
- Premium support, with a named engineer and extended hours.
- The Sandbox, for testing changes to your connected systems before they go live.
- A training day on site for teams who have joined since go-live.
- Data residency options, should your requirements change.
None of these are included in the price above. We would quote them separately, and only if you want them.
Next steps
- Review this proposal with your finance and operations colleagues.
- Book a renewal conversation with Tom and Daniel, ahead of the end of the quarter if possible, so there is plenty of time before the term ends.
- Confirm the licensed user count you want for the renewal term.
- BB-Demo then issues the renewal order form under the existing agreement for signature.
If anything in this document does not match your understanding of the current arrangement, tell us and we will check it against the executed order form, which is the document that decides contracted price and terms.
